Chief of Staff values the privacy of the users, beta testers, members, and others who visit and use the Chief of Staff Service (collectively or individually, "You" or "Users") and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information from and about you.

Chief of Staff does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 13 years-of-age. If Chief of Staff learns that personal information of persons under 13-years-of-age has been collected on or through the Chief of Staff Service, Chief of Staff will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has become a Chief of Staff Service member, then please contact Chief of Staff at privacy@chiefofstaffhq.com to have that child's account terminated and information deleted.
For Users visiting the Chief of Staff Service from the European Economic Area or other non-U.S. territories, please note that any data you enter into the Chief of Staff Service will be transferred outside the European Economic Area or those other non-U.S. territories for use by Chief of Staff and its affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Chief of Staff has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the US-EU and US-Swiss Safe Harbor.
In the event that Chief of Staff or some or all assets related to the Chief of Staff Service are acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from Users as part of that merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
